FAQ
What applicants ask us.
Do I need to speak German?
Yes, at native level or C2, and this matters a great deal to us: client communication, copy, captions and feedback have to be flawless, on target and stylistically sure. English at B2 or better, ideally C1, for tools, documentation and international research. Client meetings are predominantly in German.
What background are you looking for?
Ideally studies in business, communication, media or a marketing related field, or practical experience. What counts is motivation, clean work and a grounding in content, social media, basic ads logic and analytics.
How long does the internship run?
The part-time internship of around 10 hours a week can run as long as you want. Ideally you start during your studies so you can move into a full-time role after graduating.
Where does the team work?
Remote-first, with flexible hours and no time tracking. You decide where and when you work as long as the results are there. If you like Vienna, you will meet the team in person too.
Do you take applications from abroad?
Yes, if you have German at native level and can work in the same time zone as our clients. The work itself is remote.
