Will I always work with the same person?
Yes, for your marketing manager. Specialists change with the work, which is the point: you get the person who is best at the task in front of you rather than the one who happens to be assigned to you.
Can I meet the team before signing?
You meet your marketing manager in the first call or shortly after. There is no separate sales department: the person who talks to you is the person who will run your account, or the founder.
Do you use freelancers?
The core team is employed. For specialised production such as film or photography we bring in people we have worked with for years, always coordinated by your marketing manager.
In what language does the team work?
German for client work in the DACH market, produced by native speakers. Reporting and communication with international clients can be in English.
