Our office is a few minutes from Wien Mitte station. Come by if you are in the city, or meet us by video like most clients do. Our teams work for brands in Austria, Germany and Switzerland, and remote is the normal way we run accounts.
There is no sales department in between. The person who takes your enquiry is either one of the founders or a marketing manager who would work on your account, which is also why the answer you get is specific rather than generic.

Questions before you get in touch.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Calls, reporting and day to day communication can be entirely in English. The marketing itself is produced in German by native speakers, because that is what the DACH market expects.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day. If you book a video call directly you can usually pick a slot in the same week.
Is the first call really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation afterwards. If we are not the right fit we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere better.
What happens after the call?
You get a written suggestion: which package, which specialists, what the first month would contain and what it costs. You decide from there.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, at Marxergasse 24 in Vienna. Most clients across the DACH region work with us by video instead.
